  • Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Ordering Information

Telephone Orders
To place your order with one of our customer service representatives personally, you may call us at 1-254-776-4878 Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. The representatives only have access to information listed in the catalog and cannot provide additional information. Upon completion of your order, request that it be repeated back to you to confirm your name, address, shipping information and items ordered.

After Business Hours
You may place your order after business hours at 1-254-776-4878 where a voice activated recorder will accept your order. Please complete your order form and have your credit card information available prior to calling to expedite the ordering process.Please follow the instructions and speak clearly. Your order will be processed the next business day.

Toll Free 24 Hour Order Line
You are encouraged to use our toll free 24 Hour Voice Mail Order Line. Please complete your order form and have your credit card information available prior to calling to expedite the ordering process. Please speak distinctly. Pauses or a low voice may cause the line to disconnect.

Ordering Tips
* When ordering by phone, voice mail or FAX, please indicate the name of the person placing the order and their phone number. Include the name, complete address, and telephone number of the person to whom the products are to be shipped to. Please include the credit card number, expiration date, and the name to whom the card is issued. List the item numbers, names of products being ordered, and the quantity of each product. Completing the order form prior to calling would expedite the order process.

Special Handling
Special packing, special handling, and shipping other than UPS will be billed at a minimum of shipping costs plus $5.00

Reporting Damages

Upon receipt of your shipment, please immediately inspect it for damage. Report all damages, losses, and shortages to your local UPS office for inspection and then report the damage to The Living Source. Report damage claims within 72 hours of receipt. Save cartons and packing until the claim is settled. Cartons are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Neither UPS nor The Living Source will be responsible for products frozen or melted during shipping.

Return Policy
  1. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
  2. No returns accepted on personal care items, opened cans or bottles, masks, tygon tubing, canulas, samples, cut material, and cotton and wool batting. All UNOPENED cans, bottles, etc. not considered personal care may be returned within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
  3. All resaleable air purifier and water filter returns are subject to the cost of filter media replacement. (See filter section for prices.)
  4. For your protection, all authorized returns being shipped to The Living Source should be insured for the original cost of the item being returned.
  5. Returns not authorized, if accepted by The Living Source, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
All Returns Must Have:
  1. Return Authorization (RA) number on the label of each package.
  2. RA numbers are valid for 15 days only.

Ordering Outside the U.S

The Living Source welcomes your order. Payments should be made by a check drawn on a U.S. bank, postal money order in U.S. funds, or approved credit card. Call, write or email us for shipping charges.
