The representatives only have access to information listed in the catalog and cannot provide additional information. Upon completion of your order, request that it be repeated back to you to confirm your name, address, shipping information and items ordered. After Business Hours You may place your order after business hours at 1-254-776-4878 where a voice activated recorder will accept your order. Please complete your order form and have your credit card information available prior to calling to expedite the ordering process.Please follow the instructions and speak clearly. Include the name, complete address, and telephone number of the person to whom the products are to be shipped to. Please include the credit card number, expiration date, and the name to whom the card is issued. List the item numbers, names of products being ordered, and the quantity of each product. Report all damages, losses, and shortages to your local UPS office for inspection and then report the damage to The Living Source. Report damage claims within 72 hours of receipt. Save cartons and packing until the claim is settled. Cartons are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
